5. Personal data
The lelotavocat.fr website collects personal data solely through its contact form. The data collected (surname, first name, email address, telephone number where applicable, message content) is used for the sole purpose of handling the user’s request and providing a personalised response.

Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); legitimate interest of the data controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
