The Firm

The Firm

A member of the Paris Bar since 2024, practising in public, civil and employment law – as an associate within a firm of avocats aux Conseils and in his own practice.

A member of the Paris Bar since 2024, Maître Jérémy Lelot practises in two capacities: as an associate with a firm of avocats aux Conseils – the attorneys admitted to plead before the Conseil d’État and the Cour de cassation – working on cases brought before the Conseil d’État, notably in disciplinary proceedings before the professional bodies of the healthcare professions; and in his own practice, mainly in public, civil and employment law, before the courts of first instance and appeal.

This dual experience – high-level advocacy before France’s supreme administrative court and direct support for the individuals concerned – informs a practice that is both technical and grounded. It makes it possible to approach every case with the rigour expected before the Conseil d’État, without ever losing sight of the human reality and the particular stakes of each client.

The firm favours a close working relationship: every matter is handled personally, from the first consultation through to the decision. The aim is to make the law intelligible, to set out the available options clearly, and to build – together with the client – a strategy suited to their situation and expectations.

Committed as much to the defence of rights as to the ethics of the profession, he acts in both advisory and contentious matters with the same standards of availability, transparency and confidentiality.

Maître Jérémy Lelot

Background

From business advisory to litigation

His early professional years were spent within international business law firms – Gide Loyrette Nouel, Bird & Bird, A&O Shearman and Jeantet – where he developed methodological rigour and a demanding approach to advising economic actors, both nationally (SMEs, large companies, public bodies) and internationally (multinationals, international agencies, investment funds).

Wishing to give his professional commitment a dimension more directly geared towards the defence of rights, he chose to turn his practice towards litigation and to join a firm of avocats aux Conseils. There he works primarily on applications brought before the Conseil d’État, while also assisting his own clients, mainly in public law.
