The general law of obligations and liability: contracts, civil liability, property and leases, co-ownership and neighbour disputes, debt recovery. Before the ordinary courts of first instance and the courts of appeal.
Employment law
Individual employment relationships: termination, dismissal, harassment, discrimination. Advice and litigation before the conseil de prud’hommes (the French employment tribunal) and the court of appeal.
