Civil law
The general law of obligations and liability: contracts, civil liability, real estate and leases, co-ownership and neighbour disputes, debt recovery. Before the civil courts and the courts of appeal.
Employment law
Individual employment relations: termination, dismissal, harassment, discrimination. Advice and litigation before the employment tribunal (conseil de prud’hommes) and the court of appeal.
